A typical example of Turks and Caicos villas, it captures that indoor-outdoor lifestyle experience that forms the core of island life in the Caribbean sunshine. The Turks and Caicos Islands are justifiably famous for their incredible beaches, where warm, blue water caresses white, powder-soft sand. Long Bay Beach is one of the best, situated on Provo's southern shore and the perfect location for windsurfing and kitesurfing. If you prefer more land-based activities, the Provo Golf Club offers plenty of fast fairways, challenging sand traps, and putting that will test even the most experienced golfer. Your dedicated concierge can arrange preferential teeing-off times or that one-to-one kitesurfing lesson for a real adrenaline rush. The living areas utilise an open-plan design, and with cathedral-like ceilings and acres of glass, they are flooded with sunlight. The dining area and beautifully designed kitchen share the same space as the social areas, allowing guests to enjoy one another's company even when preparing a meal. On the upper level are the four bedrooms, each soothingly decorated in soft neutrals and oatmeal tones, accented with carefully chosen timber and bespoke artworks. The primary suite indulges guests with a king-size bed and an Ipe timber balcony that gives you that show-stopping Caribbean beachfront view. A walk-in shower room and separate soak tub form part of the ensuite, and the copious amounts of space in the walk-in closet mean you don't have to travel light to this destination. Two further guestrooms have king-size beds and attractive ensuites, while younger guests will love the bunk room with cosy beds and their own ensuite. Outside, the choice is whether to do your early morning laps in the sparkling infinity pool or walk through the soft sand and wild swim just yards from your sun terrace. If you want to get to grips with kitesurfing, a discreet launch area is situated in the beachfront area - or work up a sweat on the tennis and pickleball court. Villas here put you in the very heart of this archipelago of 40 sun-drenched islands, each one more picture-postcard perfect than the last. But when you’re ready to go exploring the natural beauty of the island, there’s championship golf at Provo Golf Club, or cruises aboard a powerful catamaran. HOW TO GET THERE
Make the journey as memorable as the arrival. Your dedicated concierge can arrange transportation from the closest airport to your Turks and Caicos rental villa.
- By plane Flights arrive at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on the main island of Providenciales. Regular flights from Miami land here, and take just one hour and 43 minutes. Your dedicated concierge will be happy to arrange VIP transfers for you so that you can arrive at your Turks and Caicos vacation rental in style.
- By private jet Private jets also fly into Providenciales International Airport, as well as at the smaller (and utterly charming) provincial airport of Grand Turks JAGs McCartney International Airport. Your dedicated concierge can arrange for VIP transfers from the airport, or to have your own hire vehicle waiting for you on arrival. Helicopter transfers may also be available.
- By boat Turks and Caicos is popular with sailors, so if you have your own yacht you can dock at marinas in Providenciales, Provo, and on the south side of the island at Sapodilla Bay. You will need to clear customs and immigration on arrival. Customs documentation must be arranged in advance. Talk to your dedicated concierge if you have any questions about booking a berth at one of the marinas.
LOCAL TIPS
- Don't forget to pack a mosquito repellent and a coral-safe sunscreen - in some cases you will not be allowed to do some activities if you are not using coral-safe sunscreen.
- Long distances between activities can be strenuous on foot due to the heat, we advise hiring a private driver or renting a car.
- We recommend that you bring water shoes with you as there may be rocks in the water depending on where on the coast you are.
