Home Truths

• A weekly allowance for electrical consumption is included in rates. Any overage will be charged back at market rate + tax at checkout.

• Guests must complete a liability form and provide a credit card at check-in. This covers any incidental charges or optional fees (like air conditioning). Please ask our team for full details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

• Peak dates and holidays require Saturday-to-Saturday stays (7-night minimum), with midweek flexibility available upon request.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
