• A cash food deposit for groceries is required on arrival.

• To help ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• The villa is eco-consciously powered by solar energy, supported by a backup generator. Bedroom A/C is available daily during evening and overnight hours (6:00 PM – 7:00 AM). All other living areas are not air-conditioned..

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

• The kitchen is reserved for staff and a personal chef is required during your stay. Please inquire for chef pricing and menu options.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
