• Grace Bay Club will be temporarily closed from September 7 through October 7, 2026 to undergo a series of carefully planned enhancements across the resort.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• For all stays during the festive period (December 20th - January 5th), full payment is required by September 1st. Bookings not fully paid by this date are subject to cancellation. Please inquire for more information.

• While this property features 9 bedrooms, please note that 8 are furnished with King beds for adults, and the 9th is a dedicated children’s bunk room. To ensure a comfortable stay, we have a maximum occupancy of 16 adults and 4 children (ages 12 and under).

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
