Home Truths

• A security deposit equal to one night's stay is due at check-in for incidentals. We will refund any unused portion within 14 days of departure, or apply it to your final bill.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Temporary power outages and fluctuations can occur without warning due to local utility maintenance, grid strain or severe weather. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $5000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
