We have stayed at the Elvaston Place flat twice and truly enjoyed the experience. The home is beautiful and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen and very comfortable sleeping arrangement. The proximity to the museums, the parks, restaurants and the Tube are a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful leading up to my arrival as well as upon arrival. We were early flying in from the USA and onefinestay staff were available to let us drop our bags and give us a house tour upon arrival despite being early. We felt welcome and safe and would definitely stay here again! The flat was lovely and perfect for 2 of us staying in town for festivals at Hyde Park.

We had the most wonderful time! So great that I can't imagine staying in a hotel ever again going forward for any stay longer than a few days. I have a couple of areas of improvement that I could recommend. Upon checkin, our greeter had to stay with us for 45 minutes until he was able to confirm we had already provided a security deposit. I would have liked to have gone straight to bed, but we had to wait. I think bath robes and slippers would be a great added bonus. Throw blankets would have been great too. Because we were there for so long - the toiletries provided were only enough to last a couple of days, so more, or larger format would be great. But everything else was so wonderful - and I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for allowing us a late checkout. It really meant us getting to enjoy another day without having to deal with luggage.

This was our second stay in London with onefinestay. From the excellent communication at the time of booking, to the lovely greeter at the apartment (we had Nick both times!), the follow up after check in and the home that looks exactly as it does in the photos - everything is top notch. The homes are all beautiful, it becomes hard to choose just one for our stay. We look forward to our next holiday!

Overall an excellent way to enjoy all the benefits of a top flight hotel but with the comfort of an apartment that allows you to live like a local.
