• Electricity is metered with a weekly allowance. Any overages will be charged at market rate + tax at checkout.

• Be advised that false security alarms will incur a surcharge.

• Guests are required to complete a liability form and provide credit card information on arrival. The information will be used to cover any incidental charges, such as air conditioning. Please inquire for details.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
