Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.

• Please note, the semi-private beach is accessible from the villa via a steep staircase.

• Security deposit to be withheld by CC by the property – to be communicated one week before arrival (AmEx and Diners NOT accepted).

• All extra services and incidentals will need to be paid locally (AmEx and Diners NOT accepted).

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €3000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
